      Entrevista

      The interview process for me was very thorough and based on my fit in the company itself. It felt like a easy process as I turned out to be a good fit and have enjoyed being employed at Scoro. I had 4 interviews and met with 7 different people over a month. I first met with the recruiter for an initial interview, after which I was given homework to be done before my next interview. The next was with potential team lead of that position and which discussed my job history as well as fit in the team. Next interview was with future team members, it was 4 members of the onboarding team who have time to decide if I would be a good future colleague. Last interview was with HR/People team member for a final fit and why I am looking for a new place of employment and job history. Some time later, I was called with an offer and I accepted. I would say that the interview process was easy for me and I believe it was because I was a good fit for Scoro. All interviews felt casual and all individuals were easy to talk to.

      Entrevista

      5 rounds: 1) HR phone screen 2) Take-home assignment 3) Team lead interview 4) Onsite interview 5) CEO interview 6) Manager interview The Scoro team is efficient, professional, and very kind. The interviews (and assignment) focused on culture fit, mock client scenarios, process creation/ optimization, personal client management style, and how I could potentially contribute to the company's strategic direction. Everyone made me feel comfortable -- as if there were no right or wrong answers. My questions were answered super quickly (despite the time difference), and next steps were scheduled within 1-2 business days. During the interviews, I was also given helpful info about the company, the team, and the role. Scoro had the most organized hiring process, compared to the other organizations where I interviewed.
