Three interviews. One online, second online with someone. If you made it to the third phase they would do it in person. I didn't as they filled the position internally, but super friendly and encouraging staff all along the way.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
