I applied through an employee referral. First they called just for pre-screening to know about my previous experience and scheduled a phone interview after 2 days. Phone interview was good as she was very polite and providing enough details. All questions in phone interview were behavioural. Then at the end of phone interview she told me about the next step of the interview which was panel interview after 15 days. within a week after phone interview I received an e-mail containing details of panel interview. During the panel interview, there were 4 interviewers( 3 managers and 1 district training manager). We were 3 applicants for group activity and then 2/4 interviewers asked behaviour questions individually and then switched. it was good as all of the interviewers were very polite and professional. they made the interview very comfortable. They said the result will be told to you within 10 business days. Fingers Crossed....until 10 days. One advice I can give is: Just be confident... Shine in the crowd..... show them that you have that passion for Customer service **** I had to choose option " Offer accepted " as the website asking to choose option.
