There was a 30 minute phone interview followed by an in person interview with the local manager and a manager from Nova Scotia. The phone interview included the typical behavioral questions and was really comfortable. The in person interview was also really comfortable, but longer and went more in depth to behavioral questions.

Was ghosted after getting through four rounds of interviews. Reached out a handful of times over the 2 to 3 months since the interview process has began. Common courtesy is to give a response, especially if you have been through multiple conversations and met with multiple people, even if it is a rejection. The career portal still says “Application Under Consideration.” How rejected candidates are treated shows the level of professionalism of the employees and organization.
