After the employee referral, I email my resume to the HR manager, I got a call three days later. It is my first phone interview, I did not prepare well. I am too nervous. The interview spends only 10 mins. The lady talks too fast, and I also need to find a quiet place to answer those questions.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
