I applied online and got the phone interview several days later. They have two rounds and the next step is to meet with branch managers. I was asked to describe yourself, go through your resume and education background , whats your plan in the next five years, and also asked if I have any sales experience

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

Entrevista
It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.

Entrevista
Very friendly and focused on creating a dialogue, have to go through multiple interviews so only negative is that it can take quite a while to actually get to the end with an offer
