Three interviews comprising a phone vetting and then two separate in-person interviews on different occasions. Once they offered the job, there was an intense background check. They even confirmed items from 20 plus years ago.

There were too many items and questions asked that were not relevant to the role. I would suggest the questions be more relevant for the role instead. perhaps they should update to use more relevant questions

It was very straightforward. Mix of technical and behavioural questions. Manager was easy to connect with. Overall pleasant and efficient process. I would recommend Scotiabank as a place to interview
