The interview process is more like learning about the work and culture. They ask you to submit a small project or, if possible, walk them through a portfolio. They review the project and if looks good the next call will be around salary and joining formalities.

The interview panel consisted of the hiring manager, a program manager and an instructional designer. It took place in a meeting room at their office location, and lasted approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
