Fairly easy and straight forward, you get a call to get through first round interview. If they like you, you got an in person interview with the manager where they will ask you regular interview questions for any customer experience roles.

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
