Entrevista
First a virtue online interview about 30 minutes and I need to answer about 8 questions. Questions like what's your expect rate, what's your start date. Then a 30 minutes telephone/skype interview with HR. General behavior questions like why scotia, what's your strength, etc. Then is an online assessment and exercise. Finally a one-hour person interview with two managers. Most behavior questions, but more like what would you do under this situation, how you handle stress, etc. HR and managers are very nice, and I felt good about interview but did not get the offer.

Most are general behavior question like why Scotia, strength, an example of goes extra miles of customers, what your previous manager say about you, etc.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
