Interview was pretty normal, ask basic questions such as 1 strength, 1 weakness, what do you know about our company, why do you want to work for us, explain how would solve a difficult customer, etc. Pretty basic questions.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
