Met with an interviewer who asked basic questions, created a few scenarios to answer, and spoke briefly of personal goals and plans. Was then sent to another room to speak with the branch manager who also asked similar questions. Got a call a few days after to start training.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
