I applied online and then emailed the manager of customer service at the branch to make sure it was received. I had one interview where they asked basic questions like strengths, weaknesses, hobbies etc. I received the offer at the end of the interview.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
