It was quite intense but interesting. Typical ‘describe a time…’ questions. There was a case study for the next interview which was given before hand. However, I didn’t realise I needed to present it in a ppt (it wasn’t mentioned in the brief that was sent)

They have you do a mini take home case that you present, then a round with 2 leaders, and a final round with a VP. The questions are very focused on understanding your financial, investment, and business acumen and how you can communicate your thought process and problem-solving skills.

Screening Call: An initial conversation with a recruiter to discuss my background, interest in the role, and alignment with the company’s values and requirements.
1:1 Interview with the Hiring Manager: A more in-depth interview focused on my professional experience, problem-solving abilities, and how I could contribute to the team’s goals.
Panel Interview with a Home Case Presentation: I was asked to solve a business case at home and later present my findings to a panel of interviewers.

Entrevista
First stage is a case - they give you 48 hours over the weekend to complete it (quite a bit of effort so be prepared to spend some time on it). After submitting the case, you present it to two interviewers. 2nd round consists of cases - similar to what you would have in consulting.
