It begins with an initial resume screening, where candidates are evaluated based on their educational background, relevant experience, and alignment with the role requirements. Candidates who meet the criteria are invited to a first-round interview, typically conducted via phone or video. This stage focuses on understanding the candidate’s motivation, communication skills, and general background.
2 to 3 rounds of interviews with HR, Hiring Manager, and the senior Leadership. Overall questions are very general, and there might be a case study with the hiring manager. The Senior leadership cares more about your culture fitness.
