Entrevista
Very simple process. 1st stage was a video interview where you had to record you answers to common questions, and you could practice as many times as you like before recording a final answer. Then, if you passed the first stage, the 2nd stage was a phone interview with a recruiter. If they were satisfied with your answers, they would reach out with an offer.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
