Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Scottish Government (Glasgow, Escócia) em mar. de 2021
Entrevista
This process was very long - I applied in January, passed stage 1 end of feb, sat stage 3 mid-late march and found out I was unsuccessful early April. There were roughly 4-5 stages, all online due to the pandemic, however I only made it to stage 2 as there were 3000 candidates. The first stage was your application, including CV and Cover Letter, followed by some questions about challenges you've faced in your life and how you've overcome them etc. Once you pass this stage you have to complete three tests, one maths test and two competency tests which felt a little over the top for a job that requires no maths skills, let alone a 30 question maths quiz on company income percentages that has to be completed within 19 minutes. The competency tests were ok, one required you to number scenarios from most - least important and the other required you to read passages under a time constraint and decide what the passage was saying based on multiple choice answers.
