After applying, I had to do an online test, resembling a simulated work environment. Had to answer a couple behavioural and competency based questions and do a maths test. Afterwards I received an interview, which was a call with another Actuary. Finally I had an assessment centre, which lasted the whole day.

One of the interviewers raised her hand while I was giving a response and interrupted me multiple times. I did not feel they respected my time or valued me as a candidate.
