The first stage in the application process was a video interview where you are required to answer competency-based questions using the STAR method. At the end of the interview questions, you are required to complete two games.

Please tell us about a time you had to learn a new skill and describe the steps you took to make sure you were successful. What was the outcome?
Applied with cv and cover letter. 2 weeks later got email for a video interview with hirevue. You could rerecord answer up to 3 times before submitting. And then I played a numerical maths game and pattern matching game.

6 Competency questions were asked about a time you had to solve a problem with confusing information, a time you set challenging goals, prioritising work with multiple deadlines, a tine you learnt new skill and a time you made a positive relationship with someone (good relationship building skills).
