Entrevista
Scottish Power invited me for a competency based interview. The interviewers included my reporting manager and another HR representative. The interview took about 45 mins and included a run through of my CV, 5 competency questions, an opportunity for questions and then a conclusion explaining what would happen next. The interviewers were friendly and able to put me at ease and were good at asking probing questions to draw out a complete answer.
