Face to Face interview, After hired you must take a series of tests to become certified. The first set of tests are modules you must complete before driving the company truck. The next test is through the state to become a certified pesticide applicator.While taking these tests they have you shadow a few experienced TSR's out in the field. Once you are shown proper techniques and become certified, they let you go out into the field on your own.
