There were multiple Zoom calls and each person asked the same thing in each interview. 6 interviews to not get the position because I did not have a skill they knew I had on my resume and after talking to them the first five interviews.

The interview process was extremely long and they took at least 1-2 weeks between each step to advise if I would be moving forward. I had to create a mock email response, send in a video, have 3 separate Zoom interviews, and then 2 in person interviews to go through the whole process. They also asked for references, but never reached out to them before making their decision. The final person who let me know I was not getting the position was not anyone I had been interacting with during the process. I asked for feedback and they did not have any additional feedback after this 2 month long process, other than the decision was based on their current needs. They also did not provide a compensation range throughout this entire process.

I was given a written assignment outlining how I would reply to the customer’s email, then a video demo, and then met with the HR person and then a member of the team with more interviews if I passed after that.
