Laid-back process, it was an in-person interview and took about 20 minutes. You're given a brief review of the hiring process and what the job entails. Also, you have to pass a typing test but you're given three attempts. Good experience overall.

What are your strengths? weaknesses?
After applying online with my resume, I had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager about the position. We discussed the job, my overall career goals, and expectations for the role. It was very straight forward and mostly focused on how being a scribe would support my future in the health care environment .

A short video interview with the chief scribe at my location where they asked about academic background and my future career motivations , I received the offer the following day via email
Had a one-on-one interview with the chief scribe of the hospital I applied for. Questions included why do you want to be a scribe, prior work experience, and experience handling stress/multiple tasks.
