I sent in my application through workday and quickly received an email from one of the chief scribes. I met them in a coffee shop located inside of the hospital. The interview was very quick with very basic questions about what a scribe does and their benefits. After the interview there are classes and multiple tests and quizzes you have to pass before starting. These class sessions are paid.

Short video call with regional manager, then onboarding and month long training with various managers. Training involves testing and quizzes with score requirements over over 80 percent to pass and then final exam of 85 percent

Initial interview was easy as it was determining how you were as a person. After that there was an initial exam, about 20 hours of online training, and then a final exam. All of these were very straightforward, especially if you are familiar with healthcare/biology. I learned a lot just during the hiring process!

Entrevista
It was a quick, group process. A PowerPoint was presented to us and then we had individual interviews with basic questions and a typing test. You were asked to bring your up coming school schedule if you were a student (which people often are).
