Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Scuba Analytics em mar. de 2024
Entrevista
Recruiter reached out directly via Linkedin to ask if I'd be interested in discussing the role and we scheduled a quick 30 minute fact gathering call call to start off. Afterwards a follow up was quickly scheduled with the head of their Customer Service operation. It was a pleasant call and process up to this point but then they completely ghosted after saying they'd reach out to schedule the next call and ignored a follow up inquiry on the status of the process. Disrespectful of my time and unprofessional in my opinion, especially when they were the one's to reach out to me initially.

Headhunter found me on LinkedIn. First round interview was a Zoom with the CEO… He walked through a PowerPoint presentation on the company’s sales pitch. Felt like he dodged most of the questions I had (ie: why are your Glassdoor reviews so bad and how have you changed things based on what you’ve read, why was there a change in leadership recently and what is the new strategy moving forward). Next interview was with the hiring manager. It was extremely casual and informal, to an uncomfortable extent (every sentence had profanity, their partner was walking around in the background getting dressed, the manager was eating during the interview). Never heard back from the headhunter but had no interest in pursing the role either.

Beyond Weird. Standard phone screen. Call with hiring manager. Call with a guy driving to work, barely paying attention. Call with CEO. In person interview where I was verbally offered the job and I accepted. Then the paperwork never came, and I was told I had to do a group interview with three people. I was asked bizarre, off the wall questions that were disguised as small talk. I then had to interview with someone who they were intending to hire, and he literally challenged me on every line of my resume. After that call, I was ghosted. Never heard back from anyone despite my attempts to follow up with all who I met.
