After applying for the job, we receive a call from the HR for the initial HR round. Once done, the HR shares the resume with the technical team for shortlisting. If shortlisted, the HR contacts us again to schedule a face-to-face interview. The first round at the company is again with HR, followed by a technical round with the team leader.

Very, very, very bad experience. I cleared two technical rounds and was selected as per the HR interview process. Then they scheduled a third round. In the third round, two people came just to insult and fail me by asking nonsense questions. If you don't want to select someone, just send a mail saying they are not shortlisted. Why waste time? So, if you are giving an interview, don't trust them, and I advise you to also look for other offers as well.
