The Interview I thought went great. However, both HR personnel seemed out of touch and standoffish. I had previously been emailing with the director and seemed very excited to have me on board, that is until she saw me in person and her whole personality changed. Such a shame because the HR generalist seemed very nice just really quiet. The weirdest part was at the end when the HR Director said she saw a lot of potential in me and even saw herself in me but then proceeded to not give me the job. Very confusing and they seemed disorganized.
