A 30 minute phone interview that was very calm and positive. The interviewer was a very nice person. First got a call from HR for scheduling the phone screen. He was understanding of my time constraints. Got back the result in a week.

Questions about projects stated in resume and some behavioral questions. The questions revolved around the projects done and basic questions on topics related to them. Also some basic C questions were asked.

Went to their office, where I was asked about some projects that I did. They cared quite deeply about the process in which I arrived at my conclusion, how the data was gathered, even more so than the result of the project.

one hour offline interview. mostly they will hire as an intern and then based on performance and requirements will convert. C C++ coding skills are required. Problem solving, operating systems knowledge will be helpful.
