Started off great. Had two rounds of interviews with a recruiter and it seemed like a great fit, recruiter seemed to agree as well. She pushed me to the final portion of the process which was a meeting with the hiring manager, and told me I would get email confirmation when the meeting is confirmed. After that, nothing. No email, not a response from the recruiter after multiple emails over the course of another week or so, and then an auto generated decline. Completely ghosted me without a word. This might be one of the most unprofessional interview processes I have ever gone through, seems to be all over the place with no organization and mixed communications.

Two round interview process. The first round was with an internal recruiter and the second round was with a sales manager. Part of the second round was a scripted role play.

Wanted to know what my sales experience was and if I had any cold calling experience.
Very quick interview process just a 20 minute phone call with a recruiter and the second round interview is scheduled with a hiring manager. Second round they ask basic questions and then you do a mock sales call.Everyone was super responsive throughout the whole process.
