Interview. The stages were about a week apart.
Election process took about 3 weeks with job offer very quickly made by phone call after final interview.

I had an initial phone call with Hiring Manager. It was quite informal. Talked about next steps at the end of the call but never got back. Would've been nice to get feedback.
Was over an hour, very intense. Had multiple interviews and also went through a personality test. Also had a phone interview with someone in another country. I would recommend steering clear.
