step 1: Group interview with 5 or 6 other candidates. There are multiple interviewers, and they take turn asking questions. Each interviewee takes turns answering each question.
step 2: solo interview. This is usually with one or two managers in their office. For my job, it included an editing test.
step 3: They phone to offer you the job.

Entrevista
It was a standard interview process. You are invited to a group interview and if they liked you, you are invited to a one-on-one interview. One thing I noticed is that they said they only had one position open while they were interviewing about 6 of us. After I was hired, I realized that they hired 5 of the people I interviewed with - and we were even put on the same team with no friendly introduction after being pinned against each other during that first interview. The interview experience was very competitive and they were very obviously comparing each of our answers. This was honestly a bad move on management's part. They should've been honest about how many they were looking to hire, or at least better at creating a friendly atmosphere between us all immediately after hiring. It was a great learning experience though, and it made me confident to know that I interview well. With the competitive atmosphere of the group interview, you felt the pressure to think of creative answers at a rapid speed.
