1 recruiter screening call + 2 rounds interviews
-1st round interview with Hiring manager: quick self-intro, followed by a mini case interview
-2nd round interview with senior executive: standard self-intro, resume-based quesitons, and some behavior questions.
The entire process took less than 1 month. Didn't end up getting an offer, but overall I had a good experience for the interview process. The The interviews were straightforward and quick. The recruiter was responsive and personally reached out to explain why I didn't get the role, which I greatly appreciate.

-Case study: I was given a case where I am leading the redesign and rebuild of our existing product. I was given 15 minutes to prepare my answer to lay out my steps and considerations for a project action plan.

After a thorough interview process that included four rounds, I cleared the all rounds and HR congratulated me but after 2 days I was informed that "my performance did not meet expectations".
1. telephone HR discussion,
2. technical interview,
3. technical assessment on API creation, and
4. client round
5. HR Round
Then why wasted my time. Senseless technical team and HR.
Reject the people if you are not interested on candidate in 1st round only. Dont waste your time guys.

Three interviews: one screening, a culture interview, and a formal/traditional interview with a technical excel test.
The first screening was with the hiring manager to go over the job description. The second one was with people from the company to see if it was a culture fit. The third was a formal traditional in person interview with an excel test.
