Interview depends on the manager, got asked about the brands that the department carried, why I wanted to work in the fashion department, what experience that I had that was relevant. There were couple of behavioural questions, but mostly situational questions and company knowledge questions

Tell me what you know about the brands that Sears carries.
Easy interview, they asked basic soft skill questions and put an emphasis on selling credit cards. Originally only a seasonal position, but I did well enough that they hired me full time. There is a high turn over rate though.

Entrevista
Interview was extremely easy. Looking for someone for the holidays for a temporary position but was hired on due to high credit card sales. Interviewer asked basic situational questions and some behavioral questions as well.
Was asked to arrive at a given time. There were 10+ other people scheduled for that time. I was 2nd in line, so I stayed, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time.
