Disorganized. Wait for an hour. They couldn't find the guy who was supposed to interview me, didn't know who I was and he stuttered a lot as if he didn't know what to ask.

Entrevista
You have 2 interviews one with a lead and then with asm, they ask you routine questions, and if you made it you will then go see one of the office staff to do your new hire paperwork , and if told we have more interviews if picked we will contact you , we'll you are more then likely NOT getting the job. The office staff at sears Town Center DOES have the best office personnel .
