After passing online tests I was given an automatics software program to choose my interview time/date. The closet was was three weeks later. Go in to find they had 2 others scheduled at the same time. Waited about 20 minutes and was brought in where the interviewer reviewed different positions after basically letting me know that my pervious sales experience wasnt enough for retail sales. I was told that there was commsion only jobs, min wage/commission jobs and that she would place me with min wage MCA job.

What was a past work experince that was difficult.
The interview process was alright. Not the worst interview process but also not the best interview process. I would go through the process again. I would recommend the interview process to others

It was my first job, and it was a fairly standard interview at the time. It was difficult, because the hiring manager was not there, despite having should been. I was told to check back for three days in a row, before the person that made me the offer just happened to be there and decided to conduct an interview after three days of checking back.
