I had this interview Friday, May 29th. The lady was named Caroline. She was very nice and welcoming and she interviewed me in one of her co-workers offices. She had a packet of my name and what I applied for and what I had on there for the application. She asked me a bunch of questions, which all were necessary and then she was trying to schedule me for a 2nd interview but she couldn't because the other interviewee was busy (I don't get this whole process.) But I was pretty upset because I couldn't do my 2nd interview on the 1st day so Caroline told me that the other interviewee will call me. I really need this job and I would love to work for Sears. I have a lot of job experience and Sears is 2 miles from my house. My brother worked for Sears but had to quit because it was too far. He doesn't live with me because he is older. I am still a minor but will be 18 this year. Today is Tuesday, June 2nd and still no call. I hope I will get hired because I've had a job before and it's quite similar to if I were to work at Sears. Other than that, I did pretty well on my interview.
