Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Sears em jul. de 2013
Entrevista
Got a call for an interview, went in and manager looked at my info and said I needed to retake the personality test because it expired. So we go to a computer, I retake it right there in the store. It's basically a long and totally redundant test. After I finished the manager looks at the results and says I tested differently so they can't give me the job.
Oh man was I furious. I drove a half hour to the location, 20 minutes waiting for the manager, and an additional half hour on a totally pointless test. I'm still the same person right? My personality hasn't changed in 90 days, only difference was I was in the store and ready to go, I was fired up! Ready to sell some quality goods! But instead a swift kick out the door and wasted time is what I got. However it's their loss, they have no idea how dedicated I am. Chances are whoever they hired washed out.
The interview process was alright. Not the worst interview process but also not the best interview process. I would go through the process again. I would recommend the interview process to others
