I was asked to come in for an in-person interview, after lengthy waits to get email responses we finally scheduled a meeting. The appointment was within the time frame the owner gave me, however when I showed up he was busy doing other things. I waited patiently, even directing some customers to the bar area because I was the only person around. Finally, one of the owners sat and made small talk while we waited for the "operating" owner. By the time the he got around to speaking with me, I had already been there 45 minutes and basically given the other guy my life story. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week. Never heard anything. I followed up and was asked if I'd come in AGAIN when the owner was better prepared... I agreed and offered my availability. A few days passed without acknowledgement. I followed up again and was told to check back in a few months to see if the job was still open...
