Had first round with a recruiter, second round with some management type people. Took about four months to have final notice of decision. About eight weeks from the time I submitted my application for interview one. Then another two weeks for notice of interview two.

Entrevista
It took about a week from filling out the pre-screening to get an interview. I was interviewed by 2 people and it felt fairly quick even though it was a full 45 minutes. The interviewers were friendly and provided detailed and transparent information about what I would be getting into with this job. They were supportive and answered all my questions with genuine thought.

* Had situational questions, provided scenario but was reassuring that there is no right answer and you will still be provided with training for these situations (ex: you are doing an activity with a group of teens and one teen starts insulting you and displaying aggressive behavior, what would you do?)
