Had an interview today for a job I thought I wanted with the salary I was looking for. During the interview it felt as if he was trying to scare me away. He mentioned having to be okay with a super fast paced work environment, little to no training, no mistakes, & on the first day I start I'm already going to be assigned work & should know how to do it. The team is short staffed & seems to be looking for the right person. He is desperately looking for a replacement for the past two months. He was arrogant and kept asking the same question in so many ways. I left the interview feeling overwhelmed and stress. I could not feel if he was pleased with my responses or not. I was so happy when I got the rejected email. The interview was suppose to be 45 minutes and he asked so many questions he kept me for 1 hr and 1/2. He was a waste of time!! I could not even imagine working for someone like him. I spoke to someone else he interviewed and it was the same he went over with that person as well. He is looking for the perfect person that doesn’t meet his standards.

Interviewed with 2 people. They both took turns and asked questions about the position. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They told me they would call me with their answer within 48 hours.
