Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa SecTek.
Entrevista
Don’t even bother applying. I had a horrible candidate experience with them. I applied for their HR generalist role in their HQ, did the initial phone screening, then an in-person interview, and same day of the in-person I got a verbal offer. I asked if I can have more time to think about it and they said until Thursday which was about less than 48 hours. Then next morning, I called to ask about the benefits since they never mentioned it throughout the interview process and was referred to the benefits specialist who kindly sent me information. They also would not send a written offer letter until the verbal was confirmed so I could not really see the benefits such as PTO, holidays, health package. I called them back in the afternoon with the intention of accepting verbally and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and not even an hour later, they called me and left a voicemail & email informing that they had selected another candidate?? It was not even 24 hours and they decided to move on to another candidate? I don’t think I was a difficult candidate, I wanted basic information about the position, benefits and company and time to figure out my commute/situation before confirming. Lesson learned that I should have said yes to get the offer, but another lesson learned if they are ready to move on to another candidate in less than 24 hours, think about how they’ll treat you as an employee. This was for a corporate role, so imagine how they’ll treat frontline and operation roles - probably worst. Truly a red flag company for unprofessionalism and lack of honesty. I would avoid and go to other companies doing security work.
Never had a typical day at this work site. Just everyone working together honestly. Making sure everyone who's new to get a welcome of integrity... One of the things i learned being on the work site is to always stay focus on everything and everyone to make sure that everything is handled professionally with encouragement to one another. Coworkers were always persistant and ready for any objective. I can say the most enjoyable part of the job was always showing up on time to pick up something new every single day.. The hardest part of the job was the weather. The humidity was unbearable, just something very hard to get used to being as though we are workers who's job is to only work outside of the workplace which holds every peice of our equipment. But all the same we provided excellent service to our community and customers each day
Very easy interview process. They pretty much just look at you and decide if you’ll show up every day or not. Just your personality at the interview matters. Not too hard to get a job here.
