Interview process was very lengthy as supervisor had a personal crisis. They kept me hanging for over 3 weeks with no updates from recruiter.
Looking back I realized the owners/HR/Manager had unrealistic representation of what the job entailed.

The questions were vague and unprepared. The were not prepared for my arrival on the first day. I should have gone with my gut and passed on the offer.
