Each conversation felt like a chance to learn more about the team and role while demonstrating my capabilities. The lunch session was a more relaxed environment, where I could engage with current associates. It was a great opportunity to ask about their experiences, while also allowing them to get to know me in a less formal setting. The case study was a challenging but enjoyable exercise. I had to analyze a problem and present my recommendations clearly and concisely.
