In-person interview a few years ago. Face to face with hiring manager where they asked the basic interview questions - talking about past experience and familiarity with the company. With my background in energy econ, it was pretty straightforward.

What my background was and why I applied for this job.
Quick 30 minute interview. Didn't ask too much, would have liked for a more in-depth interview. Nice people taking the interview and didn't waste my time once they could tell that I was not what they were looking for.
