Requires "Personality Matrix Testing" which I find to be an uncomfortable situation. Results of testing were fairly accurate, but said I was unsuitable for a sales role - even though I was hired exactly for that and proved the tests incorrect during my 18+ months there.

The process was fast, and transparent. SecureAuth kept the recruiter up to date at each step of the way so that I, in turn, could also be kept up to date.
