Entrevista
There were 2 interview rounds: first online with 2 people. Seconds onsite 3 hours with 5 people with 3 stages. They showed me first the company. Then a knowledge test and a presentation. Then with the CFO some psychological tests.

The most difficult thing was that the higher positioned people were very extroverted. Everyone else was introverted, full with tensions or had fear.

Entrevista
Interview duration was 3Hr including basic introduction, Technical Interview and Final Interview. I also want to share that Secure Cell Hr Manager told me that Travel Cost for Interview will be Refunded. I provided ticket but I never got my refund.

Entrevista
Positively, the individuals involved in the process exhibited a commendable level of politeness and were consistently supportive, contributing significantly to the overall enhancement of the interview experience. Additionally, I had the privilege of interacting with highly influential individuals, which added a valuable dimension to the discussions throughout the process. However, it is worth noting that a notable aspect of the process involved a request for a presentation covering various technical topics. This request was communicated with only a day's notice prior to the interview, which, I must admit, posed a considerable challenge. This time frame, especially for individuals who are currently employed in another company and have familial responsibilities, can present a substantial obstacle to thorough preparation, particularly when transitioning from a different industry. In conclusion, while the interview process was certainly enriching, the short notice for the presentation component may warrant consideration for candidates with existing professional commitments and family obligations. I believe that a more balanced approach to this aspect could further enhance the overall candidate experience.
