There was no process really. I applied online, then got a call to go in. The recruiter asked me why i wanted to be a Security Officer, after I answered the question i was given a few papers to sign and then sent to a "training class" which was a complete joke. Half the people in there didn't understand anything and they couldn't even speak french or English. After the one week in class "training" a position was offered to me.
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
