I applied online, for CLARKSON $13/hour they called me saying it was in WATERFORD. i said thats fine. i come in for an interview, they said it was DETROIT METRO AIR PORT !
COME ON, NOT DRIVE 3 HOURS TO AND FROM WORK,
no background check, no drug test.

The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company
