They would not look me in the eyes one bit. They made it happen in a meeting via google offices, then in person. Super simple happened quick got offered a job the next following day due to the large turn over rates they had been experiencing

sat down and discussed open job positions
one position I applied for didn't work with my availability so I asked for other options and still left with a more compatible offer
I applied and completed what I thought to be a successful interview, but a few hours later they contacted me and told me the job wasn't available. They said one thing on the application but told you something else during the interviews.

Entrevista
Over the phone very informal. They don’t ask very many questions about background or experience. I was offered a position on the same call and emailed my initial onboarding instructions. I was also told where I would be posted.
