This was a really easy and standard interview process. Quick about 15mins. Just come be friendly and think safety. They did a swab drug test on site. I already had my guard card before the interview. Took about 2weeks for the background process at this jobsites then I sent to Temp sites before starting my intended site.
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
